JIOU TIAN Precision Co., Ltd. was founded in June 2015 and specializes in employing expert CNC milling machines to produce a variety of industrial components.
Among our primary offerings are metal casings for 3C goods, motorcycle parts, bicycle parts, medical parts, and military-grade parts.
We take quality control very seriously. We apply the PDCA management cycle from the first project discussion, jig production, manufacturing process management, quality measurement and monitoring, to final packaging and shipment. Furthermore, we use quality control methods such Pareto analysis, binomial distribution methods, X̄-R control charts, CPK, and PPK, closely monitoring each stage to guarantee client satisfaction.
